General order and payment policies:

Blanket orders will now require a minimum $10 down payment per cage blanket, $15 for 2x4 C&C sizes and up. Other blankets and items, you will be notified with what you are requesting how much advance payment will be if items are not already complete. Advance payments are non-refundable if order request is cancelled.

Orders submitted will be reviewed, usually within 24 hours, shipping will be calculated at that time and you will be notified via e-mail of final cost. Please do not send credit card information, you will be directed to a secure site for debit and credit card transactions.

All payments are due before items are sent. All items ordered and left unpaid the 3rd day from payment notification, items will be available to public for sale unless other arrangements have been made. After payment has been received and cleared (checks my take up to 7 business days), your items are then sent same or next day, via USPS (2-3 day on most shipments).
